Studio Policies
A few simple guidelines to keep every appointment smooth and fair.
Arrival & Lateness
- •Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
- •There is a 10-minute grace period.
- •After 10 minutes, an additional $10 fee will be charged.
- •After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled.
- •Arriving late may reduce the amount of service time available.
Scheduling & Changes
- •Any appointment changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- •If you need to reschedule, please notify Val at least one day before your appointment.
- •Deposits are non-refundable.
- •One reschedule is allowed per deposit.
- •No-shows will no longer be eligible to book future services.
Preparing for Your Visit
- •Please arrive without makeup and wear comfortable clothing when appropriate.
- •Do not shave for at least 2 weeks before your waxing appointment.
- •No extra guests are allowed so clients can fully enjoy their experience.
